My Story
As a dedicated first-grade teacher with a decade of experience, I have cultivated a rich and dynamic classroom environment that prioritizes student growth and engagement. Throughout my career, I have led AIG professional development workshops, served as a mentor teacher, and contributed to our school improvement team, where I analyzed data to inform my instructional strategies. By closely monitoring student progress, I have been able to tailor my teaching to meet diverse learning needs. Additionally, I have acted as the go-to person for technology integration and behavior management, leveraging my strong organizational and communication skills to support both colleagues and students. My commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere drives my passion for education every day.

As I continue my education to complete the Learning Design and Technology certification, I am focused on transitioning from a traditional teaching role to a position as a learning specialist or instructional designer.
